Marketing

These are various examples of marketing projects I've been part of, included undergrad and professional work.

BYU DISNEY HISTORY CLUB: 2012 - 2015
While attending BYU, I was a co-founder and the Marketing Officer for the Disney History Club. I organized events for Disney-philes of all types and advertised our club events with graphic designs and social media awareness. I was also responsible for the design of the official club logo and banner.

DISNEY CREATIVE INC. 2015
During my 4-month internship with Disney Creative Inc. - an internal creative consulting team for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts - I helped create pitch packets and contributed ideas to various brainstorming sessions for new Disney Park experiences in Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

The "Ready to Rule" catchphrase came from a brainstorming session between Creative Inc. and Disney Channel Junior marketing

The same brainstorming session also led to Elena's official welcome show in Walt Disney World

For the Disneyland 60th Anniversary, we partnered with Pop Secret to be the official Disneyland popcorn provider. All popcorn carts with outfitted with the Pop Secret logo. I arranged the pitch packet for Pop Secret and helped present a variety of ideas for incorporating Pop Secret popcorn into the Disneyland experience.

As part of the Disneyland 60th Anniversary, Disney Parks and Resorts partnered with Make-A-Wish Foundation in the Share Your Ears campaign. For every social media photo shared of someone with Mickey Mouse ears, money was donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Guests were encouraged to be as creative and silly as possible, and even celebrities joined in the act. I was responsible for creating the pitch packet for Make-A-Wish, and even contributed some ideas for the project.
